Dear Kouji and Dave,
Please try fixing line 20 of memory.h:
+ IVM01,IVM02,nrealb,nintb,nholb,npairb,lastr,L99x,L99y,L99z
needs a comma at the end. I believe that in PGI compiler, master
gets overwritten in a broadcast if that comma is missing.
