Compile Problem ptraj with PGI compiler

Hi , everyone
I'm compiling amber6 with PGI compiler on linux.
I can't compile "ptraj".
I got the messages that....

PGC-S-0103-Illegal operand types for comparison operator (dispatch.c:
393)
PGC-W-0095-Type cast required for this conversion (dispatch.c: 431)
PGC/x86 Linux/x86 3.1-3: compilation completed with severe errors
make[1]: *** [dispatch.o] Error 1

Would you tell me how to compile ptraj with PGI compiler .
