Some errors/oversights have been found in the documentation,
the corrections are posted on the web page: http://amber.ch.ic.ac.uk
Also note that some options in amber6/sander_classic do not function the
same as in amber5/sander. The differences are intentional and
not bugs; we do apologize that those particular changes didn't make
it into the manual. They behavior is described in the corrected
documenation.
