d-uridine

Dear Amber users,

I have a DNA molecule with an incorporated deoxy-uridine and for
compatibility reasons I use the old "link, edit, parm procedure" and the
parm91 force field.

But the database does'nt contain this residue.

So my Qustion is wether anybody has a database for deoxy-uridine or may be
an other proposal to solve the problem.
