[AMBER] Which Ambertools version has Lipid17?

Hello,

I would like to prepare a system with Amber ff14SB and lipid17 using tleap.
I use Ambertools provided by Anaconda on conda-forge channel. Due to
dependency with multiple tools, I use AmberTools 24.8. It only has Lipid21,
no Lipid17. Which versions of Ambertools support lipid17?
