Hello,
We are trying to building ASO which has multiple PS linkages. However,
experimentally, the systems used are not stereopure. Could anyone give
insights on how to handle these kind of systems?
Specifically, we would like to know
1. How can the initial template be generated?
2. Should we do any specific parameterization strategy or could use any of
the existing parameters?
3. Do you have any suggestions on the standard parameters to be used for PS
linkages?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
