Dear all,
I would like to propose three patches for AmberTools26 and ask a questions.
The patches (attached) are:
- To allow the use of system installations of current versions of Boost, which no longer use the "system" component
- To allow the use of python 3.13 in pytraj
- To enable CUDA 8.9, for cards such as the RTX4090 in quick.
