pointer. We could update the web page to provide access to either format,
but I'd prefer to avoid that if only a few people need it.

Note to other readers of this thread: there is no change in the codes
involved. The only change is in folder structure into which the code is
un-tarred. The older system required that AmberTools and Amber be
downloaded into a common folder structure; in the newer approach, Amber
(basically the pmemd.* codes) can be built separately from AmberTools.
