Easiest is to edit cmake/CudaConfig.cmake at around line 60, and change the
maximum allowed version from 12.5 to 12.6.
OR: just install an older version of CUDA: no root privliges are required,
and you can set your CUDA_HOME environment variable to the location where
you installed things.
