OPM is not a part of Amber (and hence not in the Amber Manual). You will
probably need to contact the folks at Michigan for help with this. If you
could point us to which Amber tutorial you are looking at, we may be able to
figure out who wrote that, and see if it can be clarified.
(Of course, some one on the list may know something and reply, but that is a
bit of a long shot.)
