Hi,

I found that the "v1+v2" and "v1v2avg" will have value 0 for the second
atom. For example, the average will like this:
#Frame
v1v2avg
       1 -4.0020 -6.8703 -1.6296 0.0000 0.0000 0.0000
       2 -4.0554 -6.3181 0.0754 0.0000 0.0000 0.0000
       3 -3.6711 -6.7002 -1.0018 0.0000 0.0000 0.0000
       4 -3.3958 -6.7124 -1.7281 0.0000 0.0000 0.0000
       5 -3.7376 -6.6023 -0.6738 0.0000 0.0000 0.0000
       6 -3.4273 -6.4535 0.3972 0.0000 0.0000 0.0000

What's causing this?

Thank you!

Best,
Jing
