Hello,
I have *slightly* overcharged and my *.nc trajectory file weights 8.1GB. Is it possible, using cpptraj or other code, to extract every 10th frame starting from the first one, to the new file? There’s an option [onlyframes] but it doesn’t let specify stepsize.
