Hello all,
I am trying to glycosylate a protein using the glycamm webserver. The protein has 7 glycosylation sites and the total number of atoms in the protein is around 100,000. The error that I am getting is “ HTTP Status 500 - java.io.FileNotFoundException: /website/dev.glycam/userdata/tools/mdfiles/glycam_b7aeda90-4907-4b63-bf46-2b18065dba64/stderr_file (No such file or directory)”. Could you help me solve this problem?
