Here is the relevant error message:

You need to either install the zlib or libbz2 development libraries,
or Boost itself. If you can't do that, you could try to disable Boost
and anything that depends on it via the cmake variable
-DDISABLE_TOOLS=Boost (I think, those more familiar with cmake may
want to chime in here).
