What does "cmake --version" report? How did you install cmake?
Maybe someone else will recognize this error. There was a somewhat similar report here: http://archive.ambermd.org/202305/0003.html.
It's possible that upgrading to AmberTools23 will solve the problem. I have a very vague recollection of this, but nothing very clear.
