Hi,
We are working on RNA duplexes with multiple modifications. I have the
following queries regarding the same.
1. Are the force field parameters available for 2'-fluoro, 2'-OMe and PS
RNA modification?
2.Can you suggest force field library or any link, publications for these
modifications?
3.When multiple modifications are incorporated into a single duplex will
these cause difficulty in doing MD simulation.?
This is the first time I am doing any modified complex. So any help is
appreciated.
