[AMBER] charge extract from cpin file

Dear Experts,

I am trying to extract charges from the cpin file. In the cpin file, there
is a portion like
-- CHRGDAT
In my cpin file, I find that data printed as 2*3.6700000000000003E-002.

My question is, what is the meaning of "*" in charge data?
