[AMBER] Warning in compilation: integer conversion resulted in change of sign

Dear all,

I'm compiling the latest version of Amber with GPU support, using CMake 3.24.3, GCCcore 11.3.0 and CUDA 12.0.0.

During the compilation, I'm getting lots of “integer conversion resulted in change of sign” errors, and I suppose this could be dangerous. Has anyone seen this warning while compiling, and how can I avoid it?
