This is only the very end of a long (several hundred line) error message.
I have no clue about what is going on. You might try opening an issue
at
https://github.com/Amber-MD/pytraj/issues.
As workaround, try adding -DDISABLE_TOOLS="pytraj" to your run_cmake script,
run that script and try another "make install".
