Dear Amber User
I want to install amber22 on my workstation, having gpu 1080 Ti, Ubuntu
12.04, I tried to install Amber with CUDA 9 and CUDA 11, but after
installation I am unable to see pmemd.CUDA in my AMBERHOME bin. However
sander and all others programs worked fine. I also change run_cmake file
as suggested in tutorial DCUDA=TRUE. But still I am unable to see
pmemd.CUDA.
My question is which CUDA version is compatible / suitable to install Amber
CUDA implementation with this system.
Amber 22, unbuntu 12.04, gpu card 1080ti
Please guide, thank you so much in advance for your help.
