I've not seen this before: note that is it coming from the fftw3 installation,
with a bespoke CMakeLists.txt file from Amber. But I'm not seeing any reason
why you should be seeing this when no one else has.

You might just try to comment out line 329 in
AmberTools/src/fftw-3.3/CMakeLists.txt. Worth a try, anyway.
