Dear Amber Users,
I have a system of DNA+WATER+IONS. While production is going on I want to
dump 2 trajectories-
(a)First, DNA +WATER+IONS, with fewer frames say for a 1micrsecond long
trajectory I want 5000 frames for this case.
(b)Second, DNA+IONS, with more frames, for a 1micrsecond long trajectory
I want 50000 frames for this case.
Is there any way to do this at the same time so I can get 2 trajectories?
