Dear Amber Users
I am trying to analyse some REMD data. I have been going through previous
posts in the forum and realise that I can get a FEL by making histograms of
a reaction coordinate.
I was wondering, is it possible to use multiple dihedral values as the
reaction coordinate for making the histogram?
Can someone please point me to any example input file for the same?
