Dear Amber users,
Hello.
I am trying to follow tutorial5.1 using AmberTools22.
However, I did not find pmemd under the directory of $AMBERHOME/bin/,
instead, I could only find gem.pmemd.
Is pmemd include in AmberTools or only in Amber?
I wonder if I can replace pmemd with gem.pmemd,
which returned an error of STOP PMEMD Terminated Abnormally.
Any help would be appreciated.
