Thanks for the suggestions. The $PYHTONPATH shows: /data/Amber/amber20/lib/python3.9/site-packages
As per your suggestion I changed the directory to $AMBERHOME/lib/python3.9/site-packages, and command "ls -l". Below the output

First, "echo $PYTHONPATH" right before you run the tests to make sure that
you have the above site-packages folder in the list.
If that doesn't help, cd to $AMBERHOME/lib/python3.9/site-packages, and
report what "ls -l" says in in there.
