Hi Yudong,

Adding to what Adrian says I would 100% NOT consider the K80 - it's come down in price because it's obsolete. Price performance wise the RTX3070 is probably optimal these days and it is significantly cheaper than the 3090 so will hopefully fit within your budget. I've attached some raw 3070, 3080 and 3090 performance numbers for your reference.
