it's not just that the energy is positive, it is that the initial bond
energy is EXTREMELY large.
Minimization may have fixed it, but I would look at the structure very
carefully to make sure it is sensible.
Bad things can happen when energies are so high (such as chirality
inversions and more).
The angle energy and 1-4 EEL still seem quite large, that is probably why
your total energy is positive.
