Hello,

I tried to install the AMBER as per the instructions in the manual. But
facing some problems in "make install" command.

While Linking C executable xaLeap, it gives error.
The error is as follows:

AsciiSrc.c:(.text+0x145c): warning: the use of `tmpnam' is dangerous,
better use `mkstemp'

/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libSM.so: undefined reference to

make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/Makefile2:8898:

I looked for solution but did not found anything. What could be wrong?
