Hi Adrianne,
for AmberTools20 I have them running on a CentOS 8 VM wih 2 vCPUs and 4
GB RAM. They took some time to compile but once installed, they work
pretty well for my needs.
Now, if you go bare-metal and need MPI or CUDA things are different and
I cannot answer to that question yet. Surely other list member can.
