[AMBER] Amber20 sander speed difference between cmake and old configure method (addendum)

OK, I'm increasingly convinced that the cmake build system is broken.

I just tried building everything using ninja, and, somehow, now libatlas is linked in sander. Still the speed change is minimal, but how is it possible that the requested BLA vendor is actually linked
when compiling with ninja, versus when using just make?!
