Dear all,
I'm trying to build a system to perform MD simulations using AMBER. Below are the specifications for the system. Is it ok or not? I hvae chosen the nividia RTX2060 as it much cheaper than nividea RTX2080 but i'm not sure if it has been tested to be used with pmemd.cuda?
