Your intel config file indicates that MKL is not being used. I rather
thought that MKL was the default with modern Intel builds, but perhaps
others on the list can chime in about this.

Try starting over with a clean directory (especially being sure there
are no lib/libfftw3* files.)

Somehow you have a corrupted libfftw3.a file. Be sure (as noted above)
to get rid of that.
