I can't think of any. Of course, there are new features in Amber18, and
bugfixes generally.

I think if you go to ambermd.org/AmberTools17-get.html, things should
still work. But let us know if there is bitrot involved.

However, we recommend using AmberTools19 in combination with
Amber16 (if you cannot upgrade to Amber18). Set your AMBERHOME variable
to the folder headed by "amber18". You can still run pmemd from
.../amber16/bin, since pmemd doesn't depend upon AMBERHOME. For most
everyone, this is a better path than using an AmberTools that is two
versions out of date.
