Dear all,
After installing Amber18 and AmberTools19 Amber commands did't run.
To make them work we did run the following:
$ source $AMBERHOME/miniconda/bin/activate
$ pip install parmed
$ pip install git+
https://github.com/amber-md/pdb4amber
Is this normal?
