Hi everyone! I have a question about decomposition MMPBSA. What the positive/negative "total"item represented for? I originally thought that the more negative "total"value is the more stable the residue is. But it seems wrong, because I found some stable residues have positive value. Could you give me some ideas?Thanks for your help!
