Hi all,
Does anyone have experience visualizing Amber trajectories using Ovito?
I like some of the analysis tools in Ovito, but am not able to get particle
data from the netCDF or load my parm7. Any help in how to import files into
Ovito would be helpful please.
I currently use VMD, and input the .nc and .parm7 files without issue, but
it is less user friendly for collaborators and simple analysis.
