Several users have noted that the "make_na" server at
http://structure.usc.edu/make-na/ was down recently; it now appears to
be functional again.
I have also created a simple C program that does much of what the server
does. You can download this from
http://casegroup.rutgers.edu/nab.html.
(This code is missing some of the nice features of the web service, but
should be suitable for either simple stand-alone usage, or as something
to be incorporated into other workflows.)
