Hi Mirza,

As you can see NVIDIA's cuda is not yet compatible with GCC-7. This is why Ubuntu 18 for example is not yet listed as compatible on the CUDA download page. I suggest switching to GCC / G++ / Gfortran 6. Otherwise you will not be able to build the GPU version of the code. Sometimes it's not good to be on the bleeding edge, especially in the Linux world.
