Just to expand on what Hai said: you first need to do this:
cd $AMBERHOME
source amber.sh
Then try the command:
$AMBERHOME/bin/pdb4amber
This should give you a help/usage message. If you still have problems,
please tell us the result of the command "echo $PYTHONPATH".
