Just realized my last post was not clear.
I wanted to know whether there has been a study on how lipid 14 MSD value
changes upon changing the water model. The original lipid 14 paper uses
TIP3P water but I am trying to use OPC. Is there some published values for
what kind of MSD/diffusion coefficient to expect for this combination?
