Hi,
I am having difficulties with the installation of Amber. I have followed the
installation instructions in the Amber 2017 Reference Manual, but in step 4
after the ./configure gnu, there is an error "NetCDF C compile failed." I
have no experience in this area and also the netcdf.c.compile.log is very
long and does not make sense to me. Do you have any suggestions how to solve
this problem?
