[AMBER] Parmed topology file have ifbox=0

Dear Amber Users,
I have modified my topology file using parmed and the new generated
topology file has ifbox=0 whereas previous one had ifbox=1. How can we have
ifbox valu to be 1 for the new topology file. Thanks in advance.
