Hi, I can use reduce module in amber 16, the command is ~/amber/amber16/bin/reduce
but when I type the command ~/amber/amber16/bin/pdb4amber, error comes out:
Can't find pad4amber module.
Then I checked the ~/amber/amber16/bin/, there is all the installed modules, including pdb4amber.
I have no idea what's wrong.
