I just get the following message:
Loading of structure file *.prmtop failed!
Could not open specified file or the file is not a valid Amber file!
I will try and contact the Caver developers

Not sure what is going in with caver. The ".prm" and ".top" suffixes usually
refer to Amber prmtop files. Do you get any error messages about why Caver
fails in reading the prmtop file? This sounds like a question you will need
to address to the people that wrote the Caver software.
