Hi, Chunli

I think the reason may be that your anchor_strength is not large enough to
pull
the MULTI_RMSD since your current structure is not close to the desired
structure (5.0778), I suggest you to use a larger anchor_strength to retry
or pick
up another initial structure which is closer to the desired structure.
