Hi
I done a grid calculation for Na+ ions and water in a DNA system with 22 counterions for neutralization, 32 Na+ 32 Cl- ions, and explicit tip3p Waters.
I got wat.xplor, na.xplor and cl.xplor.
On visualization with vmd I often comment like ~2 times bulk water density.
But how should I specify Na+ ion density visualization.?
