Re: [AMBER] problem in setting AMBERHOME environment variable using cygwin

I have used export AMBERHOME=/home/myname/amber16 but if I want to
run the configure script using below command

./configure gnu

it displayed the below error message

Checking for updates...
/usr/bin/env: ‘python’: No such file or directory

Error: /bin/csh not found on your system! Install csh or tcsh and rerun
       configure.
Configure failed due to the errors above!
