Dear Martis,
As per your previous suggestion, we have tried that
/home/ashoks/amber14/bin/mpirun
-np 16 sander.MPI sample script to run Amber, but this time error message
was "Warning: no access to tty (Bad file descriptor).
Thus no job control in this shell.
[1] 28692".
The modified script was
