Hi
Crd or mdcrd is the ASCII format and .nc is the binary format for AMBER trajectories.

May I ask one more question: is it possible to convert my trajectory not to .mdcrd format but to ascii AMBER format (".trj" file extension)? I need this file to analyse my trajectory in Curves+ program which reads only .trj input files.
