[AMBER] the formatting of the CPPTRAJ-generated restart files

Dear ambers,

Sorry, this is probably a quite stupid question but somehow I am not
able to find the answer for it .... What does the "0.0000000E+00" in the
second line of the CPPTRAJ-generated restart files represent ?

*** first 2 lines of a restart file created by CPPTRAJ ***
Cpptraj Generated Restart
226253 0.0000000E+00
